Yuma Man Arrested After Firing Shotgun And Allegedly Threatening Neighbors

Marvin-IniguezA Yuma man is behind bars after deputies arrested him for firing shots in his neighborhood and threatening neighbors while holding a shotgun Saturday night. 

Neighbors say they heard two rounds fired in the area of the 2500 block of East 15th Place.  Yuma County Sheriff's deputies identified 19-year-old Marvin Iniguez of Yuma as the suspect.

Deputies says they obtained a search warrant and found the shotgun at Iniguez's home.  He now faces several felony charges of disorderly conduct with a weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and endangerment.
