Yuma County Board Of Supervisors Approve Licensing Contract With Humane Society Of Yuma

A new licensing contract with the Humane Society of Yuma has been approved by the Yuma County Board of Supervisors. The board on Monday approved the contract, asking HSOY to conduct rabies vaccinations and licensing clinics in the county during the first three months of the year. Supervisor Russ Clark asked that the item be pulled from the agenda wanting more information before tackling the issue. The Yuma Sun says HSOY will keep $5 for each license sold.
