The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying two men involved in a brawl this past weekend. Police say an incident occurred Sunday evening in which several became involved in a fight. Guns were reportedly brandished at a levee near Avenue-Four-and-a-half-E.
They say the first subject is identified as Matthew Jimenez, who also goes by the nickname “Sapo”. He is described as a Hispanic male, 26-years-old, approximately 5’6” tall, weighing 150-pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Jesse Ramirez is the second suspect and is described as a Hispanic male, 25-years-old, approximately 6’ tall, weighing 180-pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
The male subject who suffered a stab wound, previously thought to be a victim in this case, has been identified as a potential suspect and may face criminal charges in this incident.
