The investigation continues into Monday’s bombings at the Boston Marathon. Just after 12 noon Monday, two bombs were detonated at the finish line of the legendary race with a third, but apparently unrelated incident at the JFK Library.
Cindy Carrillo from Tempe spoke with KBLU News following the incident. She said the scariest part for her and others was trying to locate family members.
Tami Stubbs Harmon from Yuma had just crossed the finish line and spoke with KYMA TV about what she saw.
The death toll has risen to three, including an eight-year-old boy and his mother and sister who were critically wounded.
17 are in critical condition and 25 are in serious condition. Medical personnel say they have conducted at least ten amputations.
