Suspect Arrested After Fleeing Police Makes Court Appearance

A man accused of fleeing from police over the weekend appeared in court on Tuesday. 

28-year-old Marcos Medina of Yuma fled from police and caused an accident on Saturday. 

He is charged with five counts in connection with the incident including two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unlawful flight, possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia. 

Medina’s bond was set at $256,000.
