Sex Offender Relocates

The Yuma Police Department says a level three sex offender has relocated to a new residence.  37-year-old Frankie M. Munoz has relocated to 1458 South Thomas Avenue.  

Munoz was sentenced in 2003 for six months after being found guilty of having sexual contact with a 13-year-old female.  

In 2008, Munoz pled guilty to Failure to Register as a sex offender and was sentenced to five years in jail.
