The Yuma County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force arrested two persons following the execution of a search warrant on Tuesday afternoon. Police say the warrant was served at a residence on West 17th Place in Yuma.
The warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation into suspicious activity consistent with the sale of narcotics.
A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of high quality marijuana valued at $8,000. Additionally, two handguns were seized along with other drugs and nearly $2,000 in cash.
22-year-old Moroni Tollestrup and 23-year-old Rebecca Kaznak were arrested and face several drug related charges and a charge of Misconduct With Weapons.
