Police Continue To Search For Hit And Run Driver Who Hit Toddler In Parking Lot

The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office says they continue on the lookout for the person who hit a toddler in a parking lot and then sped away Thursday. 

Police say the three-year-old toddler, Michael Rodriguez was flown to Children’s Hospital in Phoenix over the weekend. 

Doctors say he has two broken hips and internal bleeding.  Michael is currently unable to walk. 

A bank account has been established at Chase Bank under the mother’s name, Crystal Rodriguez to help with medical expenses under the account number of 926-09-3089.
