Our Mission "Honoring Our Military by Supporting Them..."

About Optimist International and Us

Optimist International currently has Clubs in 32 countries around the world. It was founded June 19, 1919. As of Summer 2006 there are 3,796 Clubs; total membership is 118,928 and rising. Yuma Homefront Optimist Club is proud to be on of them.

We are a volunteer membership Club. The members pay monthly dues to take care of the administrative cost of operation for International and the Arizona District. Yuma Homefront Optimist Club has no paid staff; most of the cost our operation is donated by our supporters and members.

We consider all requests on a case-by-case basis as services are available. Please note that our services are provided as "Good Will" without warranty nor guarantee of delivery. Services may be provided without charge or at a greatly reduced price and we are only available because of the generosity of our community. Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies.
