Members of the Yuma Police Department arrested one person in connection with a case of Aggravated Assault. On Friday morning, police say they received a report of a man with a loaded hand gun, making threats to shoot victims in the 2000 block of South Tenth Avenue. The suspect, identified as 38-year-old Arcemio Ibarra fled the scene before police arrived. Once telephone contact was made, Ibarra agreed to turn himself in.
