New Mexican Consul For Yuma County

Mexican-FlagAfter spending more than 25 years in Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Eusebio Augusto Romero is bringing his wealth of experience to Yuma as the new Consul General.

Romero has spent time in Switzerland and Bolivia along with time in Austin, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah.  He says he is now ready to serve the people of Yuma County.

Romero’s key goal is to help Mexicans who wish to acquire dual citizenship for themselves or their children.

In an act to better serve Mexicans living in the area, Romero also plans on moving the consul into a larger facility by the end of his term.
