New Details On Dead Baby Found At Recycling Plant

More information has been released concerning the body of a baby found in a dumpster in Somerton. 

KYMA-TV says officials determined the body was that of a 20-week-old fetus.  The baby was not carried to full term. 

The body was found by workers at the Somerton Recycling Plant in a dumpster.
