Lady Matadors’ Season Comes To An End After Loss To Cochise

The Arizona Western College Lady Matadors basketball season ended suddenly with a loss to Cochise Wednesday night. 

The game was close at the half, but Cochise pulled away in the second stanza for a 58-to-49 win over AWC.  Cochise pulled away with a 17-to-six run in the second half. 

Samantha Wallace scored 16 on the night.
