Gold Gross Ambulance Employees End Two Month Strike

Striking Gold Cross Ambulance Service employees have officially ended an over two-month work stoppage. Paramedics have voted to fire their union. Teamsters Local 542 was let go over the weekend in order to end the stalemate. Company Manager John Goodall told KSWTTV off camera that he does not want the striking employees back due to the hostile environment they created. County officials say they cannot step in to solve any problems, but one supervisor said they may not consider renewing their contract when it expires in 2015.
