Driver Charged With Death Of DPS Officer Pleads Not Guilty

Jorge-EspinozaThe man facing second-degree murder charges in the death of Arizona Public Safety Officer Tim Huffman is charged with 20 counts altogether. 

33-year-old Jorge Espinoza appeared in court Monday and pled not guilty to the charges, which include 13 counts of endangerment and six counts of criminal damage. 

Espinoza was arrested and charged following an internal investigation that determined Espinoza was at fault.
