The Yuma Police Department says one person is dead following a shooting in the 100 block of South Tenth Avenue Tuesday morning. Police say 28-year-old Jennifer Silva was found with a gunshot wound. A mobile home was destroyed by fire early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred near the corner of May Avenue and Fifth Street. Evidence at the scene leads investigators to believe the fire was intentionally set.
