Border Patrol Officers Arrest Woman Trying To Smuggle Methamphetamines

California border patrol officers arrested a woman who attempted to bring nearly $96,000 worth of methamphetamines into the United States Thursday.
Our television partner KYMATV says the 25-year-old Mexican citizen stashed the drugs into a specially built compartment of her vehicle's dashboard. At the Calexico downtown port, detector dogs brought by the CPB alerted the officers to the hidden meth. She was arrested and later transported to the Imperial County Jail, where she now waits for her arraignment.
