During Tuesday’s graduation, the Arizona Western College Partnership with Yuma County was highlighted. With the graduating class, over 80 Yuma County employees have completed the Supervisory Skills training at AWC. The students have included current managers and those preparing for opportunities to become managers. The current graduating class of Yuma County employees makes a total of 85 Yuma County employees who have completed the course. Since 2008 45 businesses and community organizations have sponsored 188 people who have completed the certificate course. Those numbers include the 85 Yuma County employees.
